Madwa creates employment and provides support for rural craftswomen living in Southern Africa to enable them to care for their families and communities.

We’re often asked about how to become a supporter of the Madwa’s women artisans, and the answer is that purchasing their products is the best way to show your support. This income generated from your support allows these craftswomen to educate their children, feed their families, access medical care when it’s required, and reduce their dependence on subsistence farming as their sole source of income.
